Children will no longer be able to enjoy that sweet sultry sound so often associated with the joy of summer. Not only would little children affected by the sudden removal of ice cream vans but older children inside all of us who still yearn for a Mr Whippy with a 99' in them for those old nostalgic flashbacks.
